Review on 🚴 Enhance Performance with Sunlite Steel Quick Release Skewer for Rear Mounted Trainers by Phil Kowal

This quick release was purchased for the RAD Cycle Products Portable Indoor Magnetic Trainer (the one that came with the trainer was stolen along with the rest of my bike - they might actually may have been behind the bike, but you can't be sure these days). The quick release fits perfectly and works great in the trainer. From now on I will remove the quick release when I pull out my new bike - I don't want my bike to be the same target when thieves steal whole bikes just to get that shiny quick release. Spit! If you are a serious rider these quick releases are quite heavy compared to what would be available on a good wheel but they are not difficult to replace so don't worry. Update: OK, someone stole the rear tire off my bike (with the clearance attached) from my car. I can only assume that thieves are currently on the hunt for a quick release. Strange - I mean it's a nice quick release, but not THAT nice. I bought another of these quick release skewers to use with my new rear wheel. Good times!
