I wanted without tank but they need power. I chose this no electricity no noise you can get water without electricity cons i went to home depot and bought what i had to install it took 2 hours came home opened the box oh they got it there Everything I needed was in the box except a drill. It was the most complete set I've ever seen, right down to the razor strap. Well I put money and time into home storage, just had to look in the box, I installed two, the water is amazing. Saves space compared to a traditional unit but I love that there is no electricity or power, no outlet required, no noise, if the power goes out I still have water.
