Review on ๐Ÿ“ถ Netgear WNA3100M-100ENS Wireless Mini USB Adapter: Compact, Reliable Connectivity by Leslie Sharp

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Efficient without significant issues, a good option for those who need a compact form factor (laptop, etc.).

Pretty solid wireless USB adapter. It works quite well, although there were occasional crashes that the other product didn't have. It's better than most junk though. Software: In any case, nothing is outstanding here. It worked and it's easy enough for a beginner to get comfortable with installing. Form Factor: Smaller than others, so for those looking for something that doesn't get in the way, this is a good choice. This of course sacrifices some antenna area (see below for reliability). There are no complaints regarding design or durability. Reliability: It was actually a pretty reliable little adapter. I've had pretty bad experiences with previous Netgear wireless networks, but I won't let that stop me from going back to the company as quality changes over time. They seem to have done a pretty good job this time. However, I will note that this unit dropped earlier than the other units available, but that's mostly a trade-off as it's much smaller than this one, so it can be excused as being reasonable. It still delivers good performance within an acceptable range though. Final Words: This is a solid little device that could do a lot worse. If you really want a small form factor then this is a good choice, but if you don't mind a larger size and a slight increase in price, there are devices that offer much better performance for that trade-off.

Pros

Cons
