I don't usually write negative reviews but dude I lost 2 phones on this mount! My first phone is Samsung Note 8, I was riding my naked Yamaha XSR900 and fell, was it wind and a combination of bumps? I don't know but he was already gone, I came back and my phone broke on the way. I figured it was just a coincidence because I usually never have trouble mounting ram. Then 2 months later I bought a brand new Samsung Note 10 AND IT HAPPENS AGAIN! HE FALL WITH ONE OF THE RUBBER FEET AND WALK AHEAD! I GOT $1,000 FOR A NEW PHONE BECAUSE THE RAM INSTALLATION WON'T HOLD MY PHONE ON IT! I USED THE RUBBER GRIP (which goes around the corners of my phone) BOTH TIMES! I DON'T BELIEVE YOU ANYMORE! Now the phone will stay in my pocket forever. VERY disappointed in this bike!
