Worked great before it broke. I noticed the other day that the X-Clamp was loose and loose. When I tried to set it up, it came off immediately because a large crack had formed around the body that fits the handle. Luckily I noticed this before my phone fell on the road while driving. I will contact Revain/Ram as I expect it to be under warranty.

I'm a wine and cheese lover and sometimes I crave some cheddar on the way home. My only issue is that it's difficult to travel with the O Block cheese. I used to ratchet her, but I have a hard time following her when I'm on the freeway. And that's how I came across this beauty and she didn't disappoint! I haven't had a single problem transporting my cheese, which doesn't move an inch! Highly recommended.

Riding a bike just got a whole lot more fun! I can locate using GPS and have a map in mind while driving. The only downside I have to this (and it was stated in a product review video I watched) is that the pins holding the phone in place sometimes slip and hold the home button or volume button be able. Because of this, I accidentally dialed 911 while driving. Just be careful when you put your phone in. It definitely keeps your phone safe while driving, which is what I was hoping for.

This is the only mount for my phone that I trust. Installs quickly and the phone can be locked or removed quickly and easily. Also, no additional phone case or accessories are required. It has a rubber element that wraps around your phone for extra security, but you'll almost never need it unless you're driving off-road or at very high speeds. This is the best phone mount for my bike I have ever used, but they say the cable is too small for big phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9 Plus and the strap is too small. The problem is that it broke 2 weeks after purchase. If you don't have a windscreen, don't use it without a tether either, as my $1,000 phone blew out and luckily landed in my lap. I don't usually write negative reviews but dude I lost 2 phones on this mount! My first phone is Samsung Note 8, I was riding my naked Yamaha XSR900 and fell, was it wind and a combination of bumps?
