Everything is fine with the seller. However, I bought it as a gift for a family member. Unfortunately, I bought it for more than 30 days and will not ask the seller to accept my complaint. The delivery was fine and I have no problem with the seller. However, the game is a piece of **** out of the box. My family members and I have tried everything possible to make the game responsive. All without success. It glows, but does not respond to external stimuli. It was kind of embarrassing to give a gift to an elderly person and it didn't work out.
