Review on 🔧 Fel-Pro 35804 Gasket Set for Water Pumps by Mike Bucher

Metal gasket is better than this fiber scrap (both used in the past). The metal seal comes with the more expensive Delco water pump and was originally used. I had to remove the pump to do another repair so I ordered it to replace what was removed in the repair (top air intake, bottom intake). Of course, if you are making a water pump for a Buick 3.8 engine and the pump does not come with a metal gasket (Bosch pumps), order this gasket separately, you will not be disappointed.
