Review on Enhanced Stability: Leofoto Ranger LS-255CEX Carbon Fiber Tripod with Leveling Base - Smaller, Lighter, and Ultra-Stable Design by Andrew Pierceson

I bought the LS 364CEX and it's amazing for the price. I assume it will be the same with this one. The alignment base is great if you enjoy doing panoramas. On the field, it's extremely easy to step up completely without worrying too much about your feet. The twist locks surprised me with only 1/4 to 1/2 turn to unlock and lock. I've never had a tripod that was so easy to set up. I haven't used Gitzo or RRS but can't imagine they are much better. Maybe a little lighter, but for the price, Leofoto is a better choice. I have no doubt it will take a long time.
