The team at TAMALPAIS has been absolutely amazing! They are very responsive (even when I am not), always have my back if needed but don't micromanage me either so that there's room for collaboration where it makes sense instead :) they're also extremely knowledgeable about our business - we've never felt like an 'i'TAM project was "just another day" which can happen sometimes because you aren't used or comfortable working within agile methods/scrum-type processes yet this hasn't happened here :). We use them as part solution provider; however their ability to implement across multiple departments throughout Cascadia PUD means other internal teams who work closely together could benefit from learning how well these guys do what THEY say / claim too!! Nothing really specific just some examples:- Ability tto scale out quickly.- Great communication skills both internally The ability for employees at my organization (a small non-profit)to access their email from anywhere without needing an internet connection or computer was great! I wish they could have kept it up after retirement but that's probably not going happen considering how much work this service did provide us over our many years using them as well. We were able use emails while out camping/hiking etc..
