Very easy to navigate and keep up-to date

It is very user friendly for both patient as well provider side of things. From appointment scheduling right down till discharge it's all in one place which makes life easier! I have nothing bad about this system so far but if you are looking at other similar products out there then go ahead with that instead since we haven't found anything yet that can beat their service or features they provide. We use myhealthcarenetwork when conducting appointments between our providers/hospitals along with communicating medical information from various sources like EMRs etc.

The ease to schedule an online visit
Very easy access through mobile devices (tablets, phones)
Patient portal where patients login into see lab results among many others.
Allows users who need quick services without having be seen by primary care physicians directly
