Customer service was top notch

I ordered 2 Mi-Locks DKK-02AQ in 2016 with 1 extra lock in October 2018. Installation took only 5 minutes and easily replaced the locks that came with the house. Each lock worked flawlessly up until this month (December 2018) when one of the locks would not open (probably due to low battery in cold weather). Unfortunately I lost the spare keys for all the locks! Although I finally managed to open the door, I was afraid to lock the doors again until I had a set of spare keys. I had low expectations that the company would help me. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted MiLock support. Unfortunately they were unable to send me replacement keys for my current locks, instead offering to send me 3 matching replacement lock cylinders and keys with fitting instructions. It was definitely great after sales service. I plan to buy more MiLock products in the future. I'm glad I contacted their support team before I wrote my last review.
