This is a handy little tool. I bought this because my heels were bad due to the winter and covid isolation. I have to keep up as I'm isolated but who cares? Now me. In any case, it is very easy to set up. There is a problem with the short cable or it is in the way. The problem is that when the skin on the problem areas is really calloused or it's stopping the spinner, you can't put much pressure on the foot. Another thing is that this isn't a high speed thing, so it spins fast, but not super fast. I think they do it to avoid injury. This is perfect for a young girl. For experienced women or ladies who know what to do I would recommend something more expensive.
