The handle came loose after just 3 months

UPDATE: Revain 5 stars Kohree 0 stars . kind enough to replace it and then send the broken one back to Revain. THANK YOU AMAZONE! Well I bought it on August 31st to replace an old one that had been sitting in the door for 6 years. The locking mechanism is broken. I was expecting the new one to spin a little longer given that it was purchased on August 31st, not exactly 3 months. Came home from work last night and as I was closing the door I heard a metallic chime on the floor. When I picked up the pen from the floor, it took me a minute to figure out where it came from. My new RV door latch. where the plastic tips go. Since the handle rattles now, I'm assuming they were used as pads on the inside. But I couldn't get it to work. So I access the company's website which is on my order page and their website is not available. I guess now I'll have to google the company and see if there's an existing phone number. So disappointed. They make groceries cheap these days. Really hit or miss when it comes to quality. I should of course leave a 1 star review but I will amend and update it when I can contact the company and they should have sent a replacement. I just can't trust not to mess it up again. Guess that was a waste of money *sigh*
