I have a turntable on rather cheap and not very stable furniture. This, combined with the hardwood floors and old house, meant that every time I thought of walking past it while the record was playing, the record would pop out. The idea was to help with vibration isolation. I put the pucks under the table legs and now I can walk around the living room without missing a shot. I would give 5 stars but they don't really fit the table legs. This is a minor issue as I don't use them the way the manufacturer intended. They could also be a little softer than rubber. They work for my purpose, but if they were softer the effect would be even greater.
