temperature recording? "Fermenter AdhesvieCrystal Strip Thermometer "

I wasn't sure if the strip worked or not. So I returned to the information about the order. While there, I moved my mouse over the bar shown and saw a bar plotting the temperature. Viola, I took a flashlight and aimed it at the temperature strip and immediately saw the temperature. Yay.my kombucha registered a good 82 degrees. I look forward to using this for a long time!
