Works well, just one addition might make it perfect! We

The binder has been working very well and provides good support and comfort. I’ve been wearing it every day for about 3 weeks now.The Velcro works well , but I have one suggestion that I think would improve the comfort. As the day progresses, the underneath edge of the binder gradually slides out. An improvement would be to add another strip to that end, probably smaller, that would adhere to the inside of the wrapped binder, thus holding the free end in place.

belt is very comfortable and soft. Helps with my rib pain. And great price

Cons

It may not be adjustable enough to provide a comfortable fit for all users
