First of all, what beautiful pots and pans, I had to get a set in gold, it goes perfectly with my home decor. I've used 3 already, the pan is great for making chapatis and roti if that's what you're interested in. Also worked well for hot traffic. I also washed it in the dishwasher, no problems. I'll update my review in a few months as it goes. At the moment I'm satisfied.
