I was able to go to Home Depot and purchase a rod extension that works just fine. Cost about $6
Product arrived with no issues or damage. Takes about an hour to hang all the crystals. It will require two people to hang the chandelier. One important note, I purchased a ceiling medallion to go along with this. The chandelier rod that's used to mount into the ceiling bracket was not long enough once the medallion is in place. I was able to go to Home Depot and purchase a rod extension that works just fine. Cost about $6.00. It was just kinda a hassle when you got all the wiring hooked up and realize the rod was too short. Other than that we are quite happy with the product.
