EDIT 7/26/2017 DOWN ONE STAR The company has changed the composition of dehydrated vegetables. Now you will receive a package consisting mainly of collard greens. It doesn't recover and remains so rubbery that I feared my pets would choke on it. FEAR NO in this department - YOU WON'T EAT IT! Finally able to get some veggies for my picky eaters. They seem to love it! I soak a teaspoon in water for a few minutes, strain, and then mix with an equal portion of Du Jour protein. They raked everything! and so easy!
