Review on Premium Rada Cutlery Utility Steak Knives Set: 6-Piece Stainless Steel Black Handle Knives, USA-Made Gift Set by April Bee

Everyone seems to complain that this knife's handle is too short and flimsy. All are absolutely right. I am giving these knives 5 stars not because I think they are outstanding compared to anything on the market but because they are outstanding for their price. At around $5 a knife, they're a bargain. I really want the Rada to listen to all of our feedback because we know best. If they had simply copied the handle profile of the Wüsthof steak knife and increased the selling price accordingly, they would have sold significantly more. The blade is thin and slightly flexible, but strong enough to slice through any quality steak. What attracted me to these knives was that they were available in plain and non-serrated versions. I want to cut my steak, not tear it. I don't know why the better known German knife manufacturers insist on selling cheap serrated steak knives. All of their premium steak knives have a plain edge only. My only guess is that most people don't know how to sharpen knives and serrated knives always work. Let's get back to those blades. They are the sharpest I have ever experienced. JE. So the handle gets a 3 and the blade a 7. 5 stars overall.
