Deeper than most, the perfect pan

I love these pans! Since there are only two of me cooking now, I use this pan a lot. I have a hard time downsizing recipes so I make a full batch and freeze the other half in these pans. Think eggplant parmesan, enchiladas, and even cakes (no frosting). No thawing, just pop in the oven (toaster) and dinner is ready! These pans are slightly deeper than others, making them ideal for "daring" dishes. I will be a regular customer of these pans.
