The customer service was great when I first started using their products. They were very kind to me at times, but they really didn't know much about our needs so that we could use them efficiently until after some time had passed. It's definitely worth it to reach out more once you get things figured out if there is something wrong or not quite meeting your expectations! Our Board of Directors uses this software to store all important documents like minutes from meetings, budgets etc., in order to keep track of everything easily online since most people don’t have access to physical files anymore with how technology has progressed over the years (and also because of COVID). This makes us feel safer knowing these are just sitting up by themselves somewhere else instead of hanging around on my desk without anyone seeing / touching them.
