I like that you can easily manage your clients online, so it's easy to keep track of.The tool works well at creating invoices and estimates, allowing you to keep track of all tasks associated with a job, as well as keep track of time spent. Sometimes the platform could be better designed (i.e., the interface may appear dated), but that's not the only way to do business. So I guess this isn't a "big" deal for me because they have lots of other features in their offering which make up for some of my dissatisfaction. It helps to work in one central spot with ease and efficiency, both for estimating and managing jobs/tasks. It also has many benefits (it would seem) when using the app via the web or phone. Using this service makes it more organized, giving us less excuses as we know we cannot do the project ourselves. Only is an award-winning strategy and design company. They are a team of passionate and talented people. They are also very transparent and easy to work with. I've worked with them on a number of projects and they've been great to work with. They are very responsive and always open to feedback. I've learned a lot from them. I can't think of anything that I dislike. I would highly recommend Only. The team is very dedicated to their work and always comes up with great ideas and solutions.
