Review on Stromberg Carlson LA-104 RV Ladder Chair Rack: Organize Your Outdoor Seating with Ease by Jose Morrison

The straps holding the chairs to the extended armrests have already come loose rendering the frame unusable. I bought the stand while traveling and just found a problem with the strap a day after the return deadline (6/30/18). The ratchet strap should open and tighten each time you place the chair on and off the stand. I didn't like pulling the strap and holding the boxes every time thinking I could return the frame but to no avail because I missed the return deadline by a day.
