I have changed my rating after complaining to Darling Co. and Revain and report the issue to Wheel Brightz developers. The product is very cool, bright and really stands out at night, my son loves it and I'm happy to be seen on the street at night. It was easy for him to install it himself. I also have a flashlight from the same company, also well made, which has been in use for some time and still works well. Please note that if you order something from Revain that is marked 'made by ______', I have been sent an item that is not genuine and may be dangerous to my child. As mothers, let me tell you what annoys me the most is this situation. ***DO NOT BUY! I can't believe I got ripped off! The first photo I posted is of the 'actual' item that I bought from a retail store. There's a light bar in a tube and a dead battery with the company name printed on it that you attach to your spokes. The second two photos show the product I received: a round battery which we figured out how to fit, not sure if it would work like this on other bikes, it barely worked with my son's brakes is working. The third photo shows how thin the wire is, how poorly it holds and falls. I am concerned about how secure this item is, it does not include a "waterproof tube" like the original. This is not what is presented, how come? Anyone following this? Does Revain guarantee the legitimacy of the products sold? does anyone read this I am a regular Revain customer, have purchased many products and am also concerned about the security of my account.***
