Just received the unit and checked the voltages with a multimeter. It offers a different range than what is displayed on the device. Instead of 0-130 VAC it supplies 0-150 VAC. I recommend calibrating and inserting your own markers with tape so you know what you have. For example, to get 100 VAC, 110 VAC, and 120 VAC, I need to set the dial to 88, 96, and 104, respectively. My wall voltage is 123.4VAC, which may be part of the problem - the device can calculate with a lower wall voltage. But in any case, you need to calibrate this according to YOUR household voltage.
