Cisco Cable Modem for Modems

When purchasing a replacement cable modem, make sure the modem model and make are approved by your service department. It was the correct model and brand, but the BIOS was not recognized by Comcrap. At least the seller acknowledged my problem and refunded the money for the purchase.
