Very thick and strong
They are perfect for both of us to use in my deep fryer. They can be used alone and are safe up to 420. I will not exceed 400 just for security reasons. I have a fairly large fryer and can fit all 4 large ones on 2 shelves. They are way cheaper than I thought and they are absolutely perfect.
