The remote I got when I bought the car was really worn out. The hidden emergency key didn't really stay hidden in the remote, but the buttons on the remote still worked fine. I decided why not try this instead of spending hundreds on a brand new remote. The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no Cadillac badging on the back. There's room for one, but this unit doesn't come with one and it was impossible to find the exact sticker to put it on.
