The battery worked fine over 1.5 years. A little after that, my Roomba begun stopping randomly with the battery completely discharged. Mistakenly believing that it was only half a year since I bought the battery, I contacted customer service asking for replacement. Customer service rep corrected me, saying that my battery is over 1.5 years old, and. sent me a brand new battery! Considering that the warranty for the battery is 1 year, I really do appreciate the gift. So, here is my opinion: decent battery, great customer service! Thank you.
