Mats are essential for making sushi
Worked well. Made sushi for the first time and it was delicious. A carpet is definitely needed for the simple preparation of sushi. I wrapped it in plastic wrap to keep the rice from getting caught in the cracks. I already have a few rice paddles, but now I have one more π. The distributor worked very well. Overall a very good set.
