Review on 🚴 Garmin Edge 800: Cutting-Edge GPS Cycling Computer with Heart Rate Monitor and Speed/Cadence Sensor by Erik Peterson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Perfect except for a few moments

Without a doubt, this is the best bike GPS. I tried to see if I could use my iPhone as a new bike GPS/computer but all the solutions were too confusing. I used the eTrex CX for my rides, which worked great but was too big and not ANT+ compatible. I have nothing to add to the reviews, they are all pretty much the same. I only have two suggestions for Garmin.1. Please update your screen resolution. My eTrex is six years old and has the same crappy screen resolution. I may be spoiled with my iPhone, but please, Garmin, increase the screen resolution. After paying $500 for it, I would have expected it.2. The navigation screen has only two configurable data options. eTrex had up to four. Four allows you to keep what I consider your primary data field and navigation on one screen (speed, cadence, heart rate and distance to next). I will update this when I have more experience.
