As with many people who have had to terminate RJ 45s over the years, it can be frustrating to make a mistake and not figure it out until you come down the stairs, ceiling or some other place to find out that only poor lighting or eyesight have helped you in the event of a wiring error. Of course, you still need to be careful, but you can push the conductors right through the connector, clearly control the order, and cut off the waste. The ONLY feeling I would give this type of connector is that it's a little difficult to cut off the waste and plug in the connector for a positive and permanent connection. This can be accomplished by cutting off some plastic that will likely be chipped off in the future to allow for a perfect and easier cut.
