No effect on sleep.
Did not make me fall asleep at all. Did not see the fine words - magnesium aspartate on the bottle which will excite neurons when I bought it. I take other forms of mag but not aspartate.
- Love this! I have taken it to help me go to sleep & because a sore back. Works great!
- Can cause feelings of grogginess or grogginess upon waking, leading to decreased productivity and motivation throughout the day
