Great bag...if your dog is up for it.
The product is quite well made and not as junk as I expected. However, if he's keeping a 20-pound dog, it's best if it's a short-legged dog that likes to be carried. My pup, not yet 20lbs, looked quite uncomfortable when she topped 12lbs and if she wants to come out, none of the restrictions will lock her in. (The whole point of carrying it was to keep it off the ground.) However, if she actually enjoyed being carried, I had reasonable confidence the bag would have lasted a while, and most people who saw her were impressed .
