used this on my 10 week old 14 lb pup for his first flight and it worked great! passed it on to my niece for her 10lb spitz/husky and works wonders! super comfortable and sturdy

My dog is about 14 pounds and this fits me perfectly. I love the added mesh protection around the upper. The shoulder strap is adjustable and well padded for a stocky dog like mine.

My 15 lb papillon mix doesn't fit in a standard pet backpack. We tried this out on a recent hike and when he got tired he was more than happy to be carried like a baby! I felt pretty good, he was safe and he wasn't having any problems. We used it on 3 trips. So far, so good!

Our Cavapoo is a 9 pound fluffy ball that measures 13 inches from neck to base of tail. It took a lot of buying and sending to finally get a stretcher that fits her when we're in crowded places or when she's tired of running. This one is perfect. It's deep enough that she can't jump out easily, cool enough that she doesn't get very hot, long enough for her long, small body, and comfortable on my shoulder. Today I used this product for the first time in the rain in New York with a heavy winter coat. My weight is 10 pounds. the chihuahua loved to ride and i was able to carry him quite a distance with no shoulder pain. The strap is very well padded and wide to distribute the weight. I recommend. A NOTICE. The "longest" setting for the strap is a bit tight due to the oversized coat. I am a small woman - this is normal for me but can be a bit tight for a tall person.

All of our dogs are large, but this carrier was a life saver for a disabled person who has to use both hands to climb stairs. The product is quite well made and not as junk as I expected. However, if he's keeping a 20-pound dog, it's best if it's a short-legged dog that likes to be carried. Wow, sometimes I want to go further than our dog. She loves to run and hates being left behind. It is so sweet. I put it next to her toys with treats and toys in it for a few days, then put her in and walked around the house. at the beginning she wasn't sure - but after 2 minutes she was super happy. So far this has worked very well! My small dog cannot walk as far as I or our other large dog would like. I can bandage her myself if she gets tired during walks/hikes, and she will be more comfortable lying propped up. I usually have front paws that stick out and she is good.
