You must cement (1 bag) or it won't stay. I like the price and the small size as I no longer need a large mailbox. But the worst thing is how the box sits on its metal base. The arms move so that it wobbles. Mine came with a very tight door so the whole top moved when I tried to open it. After a few zips and tucking in the latch to make it easier to open/close, this turned out to be a functional mailbox. I didn't want to spend more, so I'm happy with it for now, but if you don't want to mess with it, don't take it.
