I ordered this mailbox mount to mount a standard steel mailbox to a standard cedar pole. This bracket serves its purpose. There are options for installing your mailbox in a number of different orientations, and there are instructions for each installation orientation. All devices were there. This bracket is qualitatively superior to the old wooden brackets. It is made of high-density plastic and will not break. From the moment I opened the box to the moment I admired a job well done, it took less than 15 minutes. Overall I would buy it again if needed but I see no need to buy it again. This mailbox mount will be around for years. The only downside I've seen with this mount is that it may not fit all types of mailboxes. I have seen problems with this mount when installing heavy wall plastic mailboxes. As long as you're mounting a standard mailbox, this mount is for you.
