Bad thing: The extension handle broke at the plastic connection between the (metal) telescopic side rail and the (metal) handlebar. - The packaging material was intact, but the plastic plug broke during transport. Suggestion to the manufacturer: Replace the handlebar with a bolt-on, secure with no-tool wing nuts that are lightly hand-tightened. The buyer then picks it up. 👍The broken handle didn't affect the performance which was GREAT. Good insulation to keep cold - Li-ion battery worked perfectly when I was transporting the cooler by car, I didn't even plug it in during the 40 minute drive. The temperature was consistent from departure to arrival and I plugged in an outlet while unpacking. If your grip BREAKS on arrival or later breaks - anyone with reasonable tool skills can replace the retractable grip with an all metal grip by drilling the side rails and adding a bent metal tube (pre-drilled) to connect it to the handlebars associate.
