Strange cut and terrible fabric - do not buy!
The material they are made of is the cheapest and the worst. It's like cheap noisy plastic nylon. I don't even know what to compare that to, maybe a shower curtain?! It cannot be used to make skirts. The fit of the top level was a bit odd as it was both tight and loose in an odd pouf. I think the terrible material made it worse. Too bad - the print is cute.
