Review on KitchenAid KSMVSA Slicer Shredder Attachment by Antoine Cash

I love all the accessories we got for the KitchenAid stand mixer except this one. It just doesn't work as shown. When it arrived the pusher that fits into the feed tube was firmly clamped and took half an hour to get loose. My first (and last) task was to grate the cabbage for the coleslaw. The large grater cutter turned the cabbage into a hopeless mess, and the slicer had to be scraped by hand from each piece of cabbage that passed through. The KitchenAid website has a picture of a cabbage sitting next to it, so they must have figured the accessory might do something with it. It is impossible! The product was returned to Revain for a full refund with no issues.
