After 6 months the base fell apart. The base looks cheaply made and will break over time. The manufacturer also does not respond to warranty claims. Update: The company apparently had a mail server crash and didn't receive our email requesting a warranty claim in April. They just contacted our latest request and send a replacement. We will update this review again depending on the replacement that fixes our issue. Last update: the company sent a replacement through another Revain order and it's working great. I hope this lasts longer. but it actually looks the same as the one that broke, so it might turn out like the other one. If it fails in less than 1 year I will post another update pointing out this system issue. At least the company fulfills the guarantee; Just email them and post reviews until they reply if they don't.
