Not as good as I thought it should be.
I expected to be able to use metal utensils. The documentation accompanying the product recommends using only wooden or plastic utensils. I was also advised not to wash it in the dishwasher. The bolts on the inside of the pallet are not easy to clean. Everything revolves around her. The docs also say to use no more than medium-high heat. I'm not comfortable using anything hotter or warming it up before putting something in. That's why I don't heat the pan. Eggs are ok, but scrambled eggs don't just slide out of the pan as advertised.
