Weak fasteners will not close after minimal use

The soft grip is good, but the buckles on the leash are of poor quality. After only a few uses the clasp didn't close properly and I didn't notice until my dog disengaged it. It was scary because we were in an unfamiliar place and sometimes our dog ran away. It's not safe at all! Find a leash with a more secure clasp.
