Quickly looking at the 4 stars and the price, I ordered this item. When it arrived I plugged it in, pressed the power button and none of the lights, including the power LED, came on. I connected it to my computer anyway if it was a simple problem but nothing was found. I've tried multiple USB ports and multiple power outlets with the same result. I contacted support and they sent me another new device. He had the exact same problem. I've delved a bit into the negative reviews of the product and realized I'm not alone as others have reported that the product is dead on arrival. I'm sending it back for a refund and spending a little more hoping to find a product that actually works.
