Good idea but not enough study

I used this to cut some lace out of a 5 ounce vegetable tan on medium heat and a large groove was rubbed into the plastic as I passed the lace through. It would be much better if the structure was all metal.

Makes nice strips .not easy to start.cut some beginning with scissors, so u can start pulling.
