Review on FoodSaver V4840 2-in-1 Vacuum Sealer Machine with Automatic Bag Detection and Starter Kit - Safety Certified - Silver - 18.80 x 9.50 x 10.60 inches by Paul Hubbard

Bought this to replace an old Food Saver that I enjoyed using for almost 7 years before it expired. I am not at all happy with this system. The device appears to suck all the air out of the first bag, but fails on further attempts. Only 3/4 of the air is extracted before the vacuum pump stops and the sealing process begins. I have to hit the cancel button before he can seal the bag and restart the vacuum process to get the remaining air out. complete failure. Unfortunately, my return period has expired. Needless to say, this block is going to the trash and I'll try again.
