Advantages: - non-stick coating - easy to clean - "scratch resistant". Metal is probably fine to use, but I prefer wood or silicone - Lightweight - Came in good packaging. Cons: - Small. I underestimated this size. If you want to manage your scrambled egg pan well, 5-6 eggs max is the way to go. I'll probably go a size up.
