Ideal for an additional bike rack or luggage rack.

We use a standard frame hitch to tow the car behind our RV. I added it to the top of the RV's square tube bumper to attach the bike rack. Works very well. I wouldn't use it to tow a car or trailer over 1000lbs. This part will probably hold up, but it will most likely rip off the bumper!
