This collar did not fit us. When we first brought our dog home from the shelter, she pulled back the leash and collar. We have used martingale collars to keep them from pulling on our collar. This collar is durable and has strong metal hardware, but it's not adjustable! All martingale collars are easily adjustable - that's good, but this collar doesn't always adjust! It comes off very quickly (e.g. within a few hours) and then sits very low on the neck. If you let him go for a day (because you're tired of keeping him tidy), he'll end up sitting on the dog's "shoulders". Yes, I ordered the right size for my dog. Great price but not worth it. I have ordered another collar, the EzyDog Check Mate EzyDog Checkmate Martingale Style Training and Correction Collar (large black) which is much better than this one so far. upset.
